  Paul Stark, California Community College Systems Office

  Paul is being recognized for the direct support he has provided to 4C/SD over the course of several years as our staff development liaison in the System Office. His efforts helped us stay current and informed about funding initiatives, system office updates and requirements, pending legislation and other staff development issues during a very challenging time.
